Fellow seL4 Board members,
Please find attached the draft minutes of last week’s meeting. If I hear no objections by the end of the week I will publish them as “unconfirmed” and forward to LF.
As flagged, there are minor corrections in the budget compared to what was tabled at the meeting. These correct the carry-forward from last FY and the actual expenditure to date, both were inconsistent due to confusion resulting from the change of financial year. The actual approved amounts are unchanged.
I’m also pleased to say that we have a new Premium Member: electric car maker NIO (https://nio.io) has just completed the sign-up process. This means the conditionally-approved amounts in the budget will be available to be spent as soon as NIO’s membership payment arrives.
As a Premium member, NIO will be entitled to a Board seat, which they will take at the next meeting.
There will be a public announcement within days.
