[Board] Draft blog

Dear Foundation/TSC/Board members, At today’s members meeting there was significant support for the suggestion that I should write a blog to counter the stupid and dangerous notion that trustworthy systems research was “done”. Ever obliging, here is a draft. Feedback very welcome, and if someone would like to be quoted on one of the points, I’ll be happy to include that. I plan to publish tomorrow. Gernot
