[Board] Draft Minutes of this week's Board meeting

Fellow Board members, Please find attached the draft minutes from this week’s meeting. I noticed that I had made a mistake in the Agenda, saying there was no business arising, when in fact there was a lengthy list of action items from the previous meetings. Fortunately they we all either done or obsolete, so I think it’s fine to just state so in the Minutes. Please let me know of any corrections. If I don’t hear back I’ll publish them as “unconfirmed” next week. Gernot
