Thanks for raising it. It's a challenge (it was a challenge already in the PC composition) but it’s important. The things I would suggest are: - can you all please actively think about women in the seL4 ecosystem that could give an interesting talk, and share with us asap? - when we send the notifications, we can ask people to consider diversity when selecting who’s going to present the work, if that’s an option for them What do you all think?
