There needs to be a named maxim, like Murphy's Law, for the omission of a "not" from a sentence that emphatically needs it. The more significant the claim, the more likely the omission will happen. Some sort of cousin to Edgar Allan Poe's "Imp of the Perverse", maybe. At 2020-01-23T19:56:48+1100, G. Branden Robinson wrote:
