The most mature networking stack we have at the moment (a situation that is obviously evolving), it the lwIP library we have used in the context of supporting a virtual machines on CAmkES on seL4. https://github.com/seL4/camkes-vm/tree/master/liblwip I currently have a student exploring how the rumpkernel work might be leveraged to make seL4 more accessible to more platforms and devices with more (or less) POSIX-y functionality.
